MedConf – Software and Device Development in Medical Technology will take place from 16 to 18 April 2024 in Munich Unterhaching as an in-person event. LieberLieber and its sister company SparxSystems Central Europe will once again be represented as exhibitors and speakers at this conference, which has established itself as an important networking platform for medical technology.
Philipp Kalenda will give his presentation “MBSE in medical technology: In line with agile development methods?” on Tuesday 16 April (16:05 – 16:50, room Kopernikus 3, topic: Agility in medical technology). “Model-based systems engineering” (MBSE), with its emphasis on visual modelling, offers a powerful way of designing, analysing and communicating complex system architectures. However, to be able to manage frequent changes in the context of the agile mantra, the use of configuration management is a prerequisite. The presentation will show what a configuration solution means for agile system modelling in safety-critical environments in medical technology and why the topic of agility is directly related to configuration management.
Our sister company SparxSystems CE will be giving a presentation on 18 April from 10:45 – 11:30 on “Transforming healthcare: A model-driven approach with digital twins for adaptive patient-centric solutions “together with Oliver Kipf, Solution Lead at BIX (Boehringer Ingelheim) and René-Pascal Fischer, Fraunhofer IESE.
We look forward to seeing you at the lecture and at our exhibition stand!
